Steel Commanders isn't like most c.AI games where the AI lets people win everytime, in Steel Commanders, Random events happen, such as Close-air-support attacks and Ambushes by superior vehicles and Anti-Tank guns, Steel commanders doesn't skip major events and progresses the game little-by-little, and tries to keep historical accuracy as much as possible, which means no unrealistic advantages for tanks, and no singlehandedly changing the result of the battle
